• All Platinum or Gold Vermeil ORRO jewelry are set with ORRO’s Superior Cut Diamond Simulants - a machine-cut & hand polished lab-grown diamond simulant that is created in a manner whereby every facet of the stone is cut to precision and adheres to the industry’s most stringent diamond cutting standards as set by the Gemological Institute of America(GIA) – the world’s foremost authority on diamond grading.
• Our jewelry are 100% nickel free and hypo-allergenic.

As with all fine jewellery, it is important to take proper care of your ORRO ring and jewerly. To maintain its original lustre, avoid harsh chemicals such as lotion, chlorine and perfume.

We recommend cleaning your jewellery at least once a week to remove natural body oils and dirt. Soak in lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap for 5 minutes. Use a soft bristle to give it a gentle scrub.
We also provide a complimentary cleaning & polishing service at our showrooms.

• Singapore orders: 3 to 5 days if the jewelry ordered is in ready stock in the size ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks if we are to craft a brand new piece based on the size ordered.
• International orders: 7 to 12 days if the jewelry ordered is in ready stock in the size ordered and approximately 6 to 8 weeks if we are to craft a brand new piece based on the size ordered.
